1. Can I see your certificate of insurance? (A document, not a yes.)
2. Do you apply weed, grub or crabgrass control? If so, may I see your MDAR license?
3. Is the estimate in writing, with what's included?
4. Who will actually be at my house?
5. How do you schedule, and how will I hear about delays?
6. For snow: per storm or a season contract? Driveway only, or walks too?
7. Where does snow go? (In Framingham, not into the street.)
8. What happens to leaves and debris: City pickup or hauled away?
9. How do I reach you: call, text, or both?
10. Can I talk to a customer nearby?

## The two answers that matter most in Massachusetts
